This is part of my 101 in 1001. Read about that here.
I completed #68: Read a Non-Fiction Book a week or so ago. I read "Runner's World Complete Book of Women's Running" It's a great book for a newbie runner (like me!). Advice to help youto go from Walking to Jogging, Jogging to Running, and Running to Racing. Of course, I'm going to have to go back to this book to look up stuff from time to time - I can't remember everything.
I'm working on #69: Read a Self Help Book. I started reading "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" Some parts are boring. Some are really interesting. This is a leap for me, considering I normally read fiction books about the paranormal. Still, it's a pretty good read so far. Hopefully I learn something from it :-x
